Management Information - "Live" production information from up to 255 Apex check weighers or other Prins systems available on an external desktop PC.

The Design - The pyramid-shaped design with the weighing cell mounted in the top, guarantees an absolute minimum of vibration which is necessary for an exact and accurate weighing.

Quick Release Belts - The belts can be removed and mounted without tools so that cleaning and maintenance can be executed quickly.

Stability – The Apex, due to it’s unique 3-point mounting system, is not affected by floor irregularities. By this type of mounting, potential problems are avoided and the machine can be placed rock-solid.

The Bearings - APEX bearings automatically adjust any wrong run, using a patented mounting system.

Using a digital weighing cell the APEX check weigher guarantees a noise free, accurate weighing signal. This allows the APEX check weigher to handle both light and heavy products at speeds of up to 300 products/minute, subject to it’s size.

Control – Default, the APEX check weigher is equipped with a clear and bright “backlit” LCD control panel, which can rotate 300°, enabling it to be viewed from any position on the production line.

Hygiene – The easy-to-clean surfaces are designed to prevent spots of dirt build-up. By avoiding protruding parts such as bolts or nuts and the IP65 construction, the machine can be cleaned easily and thoroughly.
